Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network health care provider for insurance companies, so I do not accept insurance directly. Many types of insurance plans have an out-of-network benefit where your insurance company will reimburse a certain percentage of the cost of each session. While payment is due at the time of service, I will promptly provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company, if your plan has out-of-network benefits, will reimburse you by mailing you a check shortly after you submit your receipt.

How much do you charge per session?

My fee is $190, and most insurance companies will reimburse anywhere from 50%-80% of my fee after your deductible has been met.

How can I pay for my services?

I accept cash, check, credit card or debit card. All payments are due at the time of service.
